REGISTRATION > Registration Information

The deadline for registration is July 30, 2023. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner for onsite participants onsite, and all materials for connexion for online participants.

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for a person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)

Kindly be advised that the post-conference networking event in Ha Long Bay is not included in the conference registration fee. Should you wish to participate in the post-conference networking event, the estimated cost is €250 per person. Please refer to the ONLINE REGISTRATION for more information.

 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register for the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. 

By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSEFI2023-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to Ms. Thu Trang Le at thutrang.le@avseglobal.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.  

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (July 30, 2023). No refunds are available on or after that date.
